Heaven and Earth is about the in-between spaces we inhabit as humans. The lived experience of moving between inner and outer worlds, the seen and unseen, structure and flow. It reflects decades of professional experience in somatics and embodiment, a background in the tech industry, my cultural heritage, Daoist philosophy, and systems thinking. It’s shaped by an ongoing practice of presence, attunement, and alignment with the natural world.

Writing that speaks from inside the lived experience of being human. All of it comes from what I've questioned, grieved, and carried, and from observing what is moving beneath the surface of ordinary life.
This is a space where body, culture, and technology intersect. Where we notice how these elements shape our lives, our choices, and the world's we're inhabiting and building.
My current work in organizational design and strategy looks at how stories, identity, and systems inform one another, especially where human experience meets innovation.
About Me
My path has been shaped by a long journey of coming home to myself. It’s included healing from complex trauma, navigating struggles with visibility, releasing layers of conditioning, owning my intuitive gifts, and returning to love and trust.
Much of my life has been oriented towards how things reorganize where bodies, relationships, and systems meet. I’m interested in the ways we reconnect to ourselves, to each other, and to the living world around us.
Heaven and Earth exists as a place to be with what’s unfolding, without rushing to define or resolve it.
